Retrenchment traumatic event

With all the retrenchments taking place today, it is absolutely shocking how many people suddenly receive an e-mail out of the blue telling them that they have to leave their place of work.

No warning is given and no counselling is provided.

You feel as if you have been convicted of a misdemeanour.

The trauma you experience remains with you for years!
