Scots frank Sturgeon again

London– The Scottish National Party (SNP) on Saturday won a fourth term in the devolved parliament but fell short of the outright majority it was seeking to push for a fresh independen­ce referendum.

The SNP, led by Nicola Sturgeon, won 64 seats in the 129-seat parliament, while it needed 65 seats to form a majority government. –
