Why does South Africa lack such important communication regarding vaccine roll-outs?

The website is inaccessible, no lists are given of places that over60s can walk in, those that have registered have waited for five months, and many live in Johannesburg but when they receive the SMS, they are often told to go to another city?

With Gauteng critical surge, we not moving fast enough with vaccines. We are in the dark. It is ridiculous that we are so far behind other countries.
