British military brass self-isolate

London – Britain’s senior military commanders and the defence secretary are self-isolating after the head of the armed forces tested positive for Covid-19.

Ben Wallace, secretary of defence, and the heads of the navy, the royal air force and strategic command were all ordered to isolate for a 10-day period last week. Head of the army, General Mark Carleton-Smith, was also in self-isolation awaiting the results of a Covid test. –
