Russian official must man up
The Citizen published an astounding propaganda letter from the Russian press attache on 28 April, claiming that the Russian army is doing its best to avoid civilian victims in the Ukraine. What rubbish.
It is western press and the western governments, not the Ukrainian army, who have witnessed and published evidence of these atrocities.
