RMB appoints new chief executive

JSE-listed financial services giant FirstRand Limited’s corporate and investment banking division, Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), has appointed Emrie Brown as its new chief executive officer effective from 1 October 2022.

Brown, who has been at the group for more that 20 years, will replace James Formby, who has been in the role for seven years. –
