Mngonyama will push for a loan deal next term

Sources close to forgotten Orlando Pirates defender Kwanda Mngonyama (left) have revealed that he is not happy with his lack of game-time at the club and he is hoping the club will loan him out elsewhere next season. Mngonyama was signed from Maritzburg United prior to the start of the season to help bolster the Bucs defence, which was struggling last season. But the lanky former junior national team player only managed a few games for the Soweto club and has been sidelined. “Kwanda is in a bad space, he really is. He didn’t think that when he came to Pirates he would just be nothing more than a squad member,” revealed a source. But, what the coaches between them decide is final. There is no one who can do anything about it.”
