The Louis le Grange barracks in Gqeberha had already reached that stage six years ago, with faulty elevators and human excrement all over the main staircase.

There was even an incident when one of the elevators plunged down the lift shaft. No one seemed to care about the disgusting living conditions back then already. Peter C
