No service while Steenhuisen tours

Steenhuisen says the ANC does not speak for SA (The Citizen, Tuesday). Neither does he.

There are now more potholes in Johannesburg (which cost me R2 200 for a new tyre yesterday) than under the ANC. And where’s is the DA leader?
