Game reserve in the Cape for sale

Overlooks Noordhoek

-

TRUE to its tagline of dynamic disposals, Consolidated Auction Group will bring redundancies, repossessions, real estate and rarities from across the spectrum to the market in the next coming days.

Most prominent of all is its sale of Solole Game Reserve near Kommetjie in the Cape Peninsula.

The property, unlike anything seen on the auction agenda in recent times, overlooks Noordhoek and its beautiful beach. The property itself consists of several portions collectively making up more than 258ha.

It’s facilities, residential development potential and its exquisite location, bordering onto Table Mountain National Park, makes it a prime purchase for discerning investors. The auction on July 6 starts at 11am.

First though, on July 3, Chico da Silva of Consolidated will auction off two commercial and industrial development properties in Richards Bay.

The one property, in Alumina Alley in Alton Industrial, is an approved public garage site and is 3 600m² in size. The other property, on Ceramic Curve also in Alton Industrial, is bigger at 4 688 squares and has the same high-traffic exposure location as the first property.

The sale starts at 11am on-site.

The next day, July 4, Da Silva is back in Johannesburg for a mart clearance auction at Auction Park. On offer are top quality new and used furniture. The sale at 10 President Street in Germiston starts at 10:30am.

Then, on July 5, also at Auction Park, Da Silva will shift focus from the showroom to the company’s massive disposals yard for a truck and plant auction of bank repossessed heavyduty assets.

Mechanical horses, trucks, tractors, forklifts, tipper, construction and earth moving equipment, crane and service trucks, TLBs, loaders, superlinks, side- tippers, slopers, flat- decks, LDVs, interlinks, volume and drop-side trucks as well as skeletal trailers will all be sold from 10.30am on 5 July.

And on July 14 Da Silva will be in action in Midvaal for an on-site sale of a farm and family home. The property consists of two portions, the one being just over nine hectares and the other just under. The home itself is a double-storey, three-bedroom residence with all the mod-cons including a gym, study, sunken pool and stables. The property at Eaton Road on Witkoppie Farm will be sold at 11am. www. consolidatedauc tione e r s . c o m
