Mbaeva on way out

Maximillan Mbaeva’s off-field misdemeanours have cost the Namibian his place at Golden Arrows next season, sources have claimed. The goalkeeper was the club’s No 1 a few years ago. “He had a great future and there were big clubs monitoring him but they stopped once they realised he had problems. It has got so bad that he is skating on thin ice and has been given one last chance to change his ways,” claimed a source. Mbaeva (above) is said to be into the nightlife in Durban and enjoys spending time with friends and having a good time more than he does being on the field.
