Mngomeni turns down offer from Maccabi FC

has learnt that Maccabi FC tried to lure Thando Mngomeni (right) to join them after seeing how good he was when he led his ABC Motsepe League team The Magic FC to a win against them in a Nedbank Cup last-32 match over two weeks ago, but the 36-year-old declined the offer.
