Until such time that a person loses his life Bloemfontein Celtic chairman Max Tshabalala won’t relinquish ownership of the team. The Celtic fans have had enough. SB Well done Bucs for the three points against FS Stars although it was unconvincing for the last 15 minutes as Stars tried hard to equalise. Strikers are still a problem so I don’t see the influence of the attack coach, he’s a waste of money. Zoe Bafana Bafana won’t have it easy in their group. They are the dark horses in this group of death. MR

Let all us football-loving people of our country support Mamelodi Sundowns, Banyana Banyana and Bafana Bafana in their quest for African glory in their respective international competitive tournaments. Modiri Moroka What the Orlando Pirates coach uttered in their 2-0 win over Black Leopards in the post-match interview sums up the perceived improved standard of our local football. I summarily quote him saying that in this game if you don’t eat you get eaten and that it is a jungle where any team can beat any other team (no more big team-small team). Well said indeed. Modiri Moroka Well done Bafana Ba’style, it wasn’t easy at all but you put your best foot forward. Keep on pushing, surely something will come up. It is an excellent representation of the southern part of Africa, all the best in your upcoming games. Cedrick Cristiano Ronaldo is a goalscoring superhero for Juventus in the Uefa Champions League. He’s scoring brilliant goals and helping the team to compete in the league and in Europe. He is so unbelievable with his performances. He is also so reliable. Irvin If you want to climb away from the relegation zone, you’ve got to show character, positive attitude and a positive mindset. But the way Maritzburg United played against Highlands Park, they didn’t show up. Mathematically they can still survive but practically, on the field I tend to think otherwise. Mduduzi Mhlongo Wayne Sandilands has regained his form. He produced three clean sheets and superb saves in the last four games. Mmakgatla I found the reasons behind the delayed verdict on Mamelodi Sundowns’ sanction given by Irvin Khoza defensive, selfish, crooked and full of lies. What were they waiting for? Orlando Pirates will win the league thanks to a boardroom decision. R (It was at Mamelodi Sundowns’ request that the sanctioning was postponed last Friday – Editor) It was disappointing to see acts of hooliganism in the abandoned game between Bloemfontein Celtic and Cape Town City. I knew

Siwelele to be the most cheerful fans but this time I felt they got it all wrong. Godfrey Well done to Pitso’s boys they did not only bring joy to their faithful but to the country as a whole. We are behind you all the way. Samkelo Tlis Pitso Mosimane continues to silence his critics by doing well in African competition. He has improved as a coach and credit to him for representing us so well. Madikwe The KZN derby between Golden Arrows and AmaZulu produced fireworks. It was an exciting game and both teams went for it. The KZN derby is improving. Manelo PSL prosecutor Nande Becker must get his priorities right. He’s tarnishing our league image with the way he is delaying and dealing with cases. He has failed to deal with the Wayne Arendse matter. Njenza PSL must give Celtic and their fans a hefty fine for invading the pitch against Cape Town City. This is unacceptable in our football. Football was not meant for this barbaric action and hooliganism must fall. Ravhuali Dennis Onyango is the best goalkeeper bar none in Africa. He made numerous good saves against Al-Ahly. I was not surprised when he won the African Player of the Season. Proudly

Masandawana. Job well done and you raised the SA flag high. Now bring home the trophy. Irvin We salute Mamelodi Sundowns for showing nerves of steel against Al-Ahly amidst antagonistic and unfavourable conditions. Now the second star is within reach. MR
