Gaston Sirino needs help. Anger management is the way to go, he is too temperamental. Chief Makuwa

I am sure this long break from action will give Rhulani Mokwena ample time to get his combinations right. At least Khoza ceased putting pressure on him. Madillo

Patrice Motsepe of Mamelodi Sundowns has reached another frontier in Mzanzi sport by acquiring a 37% stake of the rugby franchise, the Blue Bulls. This is a good omen for our country by building bridges across both the colour and sporting code lines. MM

Congratulations to Sundowns and Maritzburg United for winning their matches and the Under 23 team for qualifying for the Olympics. My team were woeful, especially at the back where they missed Mathoho. Siya Khumalo Zola

Good luck to Maritzburg United. That is the game of football for you. We all know that Kaizer Chiefs struggle against so called small teams. I mean the likes of Moseamedi and De Reuck were on fire. They should play like this week in, week out. And finally, no one ever said Chiefs will win every game. Sedric

Greetings Mr Editor, it’s been a while, I wasn’t well but I’m fully recovered. I think Chiefs need to reinforce their defence during the transfer window. It seems at the back that there’s a highway full of potholes, especially in central defence. BRAVO to Eric Tinkler’s troops. Mduduzi Mhlongo (Ed: Welcome back Mduduzi, good to hear you are fully recovered!)

As a coach who fought in relegation/promotion playoffs, it must be an honour for Tinkler to be in the TKO final at the expense of ‘cup specialists’. I still maintain the fact that our local coaches have a lot to offer to our soccer, provided we believe in them and give them adequate time. Ben Radebe

Honestly speaking, Maritzburg had it easy against Chiefs, the 2-1 scoreline was not a true reflection of the game. Chiefs avoided the embarrassment of losing by a higher margin. Nyaps Makuwa

Ernst Middendorp is used to disappointing a large crowd. What made him take that long to substitute the ineffective and rusty Baccus? He is a clueless coach. If Maritzburg United can stop Sundowns from scoring in the first half of the Telkom Knockout final, then this cup will be theirs for the taking. Sundowns are tired. SR

I believe the hefty ban handed out to Mpho Makola is a lesson to Samir Nurkovic and Gaston Sirino to control their emotions and temperament on the field. Masebotsana
