1½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1½ cups chopped apples (2 medium) ½ (425g) can pumpkin
¾ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt ½ cup ice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup high-protein honey-almondflavour granola
1. In a blender, combine almond milk, apples, pumpkin, yogurt, ice, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and salt. 2.Cover and blend until smooth.
3. Top each serving with one tablespoon of the granola.
