Pump­kin-ap­ple smoothie

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

1½ cups unsweet­ened vanilla al­mond milk

1½ cups chopped ap­ples (2 medium) ½ (425g) can pump­kin

¾ cup plain non-fat Greek yo­gurt ½ cup ice

2 ta­ble­spoons maple syrup

¼ tea­spoon pump­kin pie spice

1 tea­spoon salt

¼ cup high-pro­tein honey-al­mond­flavour gra­nola

METHOD

1. In a blender, com­bine al­mond milk, ap­ples, pump­kin, yo­gurt, ice, maple syrup, pump­kin pie spice and salt. 2.Cover and blend un­til smooth.

3. Top each serv­ing with one ta­ble­spoon of the gra­nola.
