Kotzen's point of sale

- Brendan Gaillard

Just eight runners are carded to contest the Listed Ibhayi Stakes over 1400m at Fairview today and trainer Alan Greeff has three of them.

Although it is hard to see Viking Moon winning it Foreign Source and Verbarium certainly can.

Foreign Source was a very good two-year-old and has carried that form into his three-year-old career.

A winner now of five of his 10 starts, Foreign Source will have stable jockey Greg Cheyne aboard, but is returning from a 105-day break.

The Pathfork gelding Verbarium is clearly talented and showed promise from his first start when a wide-margin winner on the Polytrack.

The two Western Cape raiders, Stopalltheclocks and Point Of Sale, look the obvious dangers.

The Trippi gelding Stopalltheclocks has been a disappointment in his two starts this year but his yard was having their problems then and they are back in full stride so we can expect a much better run from him.

The filly Point Of Sale is improving and with just 50.5kg to shoulder must be a big runner.

The Listed Lady's Pendant, which was to have been run last Friday, will be run at this meeting and World Radar has done pretty much what has been asked of her.

She takes on her elders this time and there are a number who could challenge. Both Dancing In Seattle and Outlandos D'Amour are looking for hat-tricks and the Irish-bred Sunshine Mint is seeking her fourth straight win since moving from KwaZulu-Natal

But the biggest threat though could be Elusive Heart.
