DStv, when Covid-19 struck in March and we had hard lockdown, I lost all my ways of earning an income.

I sent you an e-mail pleading my case and requested you give me a payment holiday.

You responded by switching my signal off.

It is obvious that you lost many thousands of viewers who cannot afford DStv.

Now, you are pleading with me to renew my subscription of premium TV.

Forget it.
