Park Village Auctions (PVA) will embark on a “massive” property auction that will see eight residences between Pietermaritzburg and La Lucia Ridge sold over two days.

Commencing at 11am on Monday, the first home to be sold will be 22 Oribi Road, Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg. It is a three-bedroom, one bathroom dwelling with a one-bedroom garden cottage, measuring 1 476 square metres in total.
The sale then moves onto 24 Oribi Road, another three-bedroom, one bathroom dwelling with private scullery, study, covered patio with a built-in-braai and timber deck leading to the back garden. The 1 000 square metre property also has staff accommodation and a double carport.
Following that is 24A Oribi Road, a 689 square metre three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a small study, swimming pool, double carport and a timber zozo hut. The final Oribi Road property of the day, 26, follows.
