Malema needs to build, not burn

-

Where were you during the lockdown, Julius Malema? Why weren’t you in the forefront, as we were, raising funds and battling red tape to get pap and fruit across into Limpopo to feed starving children on your home turf?

The ANC shut down all the schools – remember? And “forgot” about the provision of school meals, which for many is the only food of the day.

Why weren’t you and your followers making a fuss then? Just like the people involved in the money-making #BlackLivesMatter movement, all you and your EFF attention-seeking followers can do is wreck, burn, destroy and – shame of shame – push your unwanted selves into a family funeral.

Do the lives of poor black pensioners whose life savings at VBS Mutual Bank were looted by politicians matter? Or the lives of children drowning in pit toilets? Have you and your followers ever done anything constructive? Build, instead of burn?

Help, instead of hinder? Create, instead of destroy? Provide, instead of pillage?

And now you are making yourselves a laughing stock by mindlessly creating mayhem over an advertisement for shampoo while

South Africa sinks under the weight of crime, mass corruption and a mere R500 billion gone missing?

Get off your self-indulgent bandbox and do something positive for a change, such as saving the rail system and stopping all the looting which is bleeding the country dry.
