I dropped off a family member at the UIF offices in Roodepoort at 4.30am and he was fourth in the queue.

When the gates opened after the staff arrived he was 12th in the queue. So, between the staff and the security guards eight people were squeezed in at the front of the queue for R350 per head.

Maybe top management should test the waters, unless they are part of the problem. There’s no smoke without fire.
