I have just re-watched the 2019 Rugby World Cup final. The love and respect between the players of all races is heartwarming. Every self-serving SA politician should be made to watch. Graham W

As an organisation, the ANC cannot run themselves! How the hell can they and their voters expect them to run a country? I wonder? Milton

Again I plead with the brainless: why did they close the Nasrec field hospital for R3.5 million? Even I knew we would have rolling Covid-19 outbreaks for the next few years. I did not need science to tell me. Who got the tender?

Shane

Cyril, the problem in unemployment is the ANC. Full Stop. Covid-19 has nothing to do with it. Stop trying to cover your bungling and looting!

Pravin Gordhan, it is indeed shameful that Takatso, a black consortium, has purchased 51% of SAA, leaving SA’s dwindling taxpayers to pay back the billions caused by bailouts. I definitely will never fly on what was once our proud airline.

Is the SA version of Survivor really better than those from other countries? It would be interesting to compare all the versions’ viewership numbers and figures with the US version, maybe the last five years/seasons, together with the very first ones in each country, don’t you think? Plump Kara

I had my Pfizer vaccine on Friday at Discovery in Sandton. One of the most pleasant experiences. Well done to everyone involved. You guys were amazing.

Raj

The only time I will believe SAA is privatised is when the government has a zero percent interest.

In a letter on this page, Peter Bachtis called for an end to beggars at street intersections. How utterly callous and cruel. Do not kick someone who is down.

How many people to date, including ANC politicians, have been vaccinated by private entities and how many by bankrupt, corrupt and neglected public entities, even with the headstart given to the public sector? Furthermore, compare the attitudes of the staff, turnaround time and the standards of facilities. Maybe our minister of tourism can give us an update on the National Health Insurance saga?

Rather let the United Arab Emirates do the work in bringing the Guptas to book. Minister Top Hat and his useless so-called police force could not catch a cold standing outside in the rain.
