A whack job of a comedy, it ramps up to a bit of a slow start but is deliciously corny.

The Good Place is the town where you go after you die. That is, if you have been a good person.

Overseen by Archangel Michael, played by Ted Danson, you are homed in a house or apartment that matched your earthly life and character.

When Eleanor arrives, she realises she has been mistaken for someone else, and should never have been there in the first place.

We see her try and justify her spot, her adventures, her friendships and confidants as well as the curious collection of characters in the mix.

It is funny, mindless entertainment and storyline never gets tired.
