I have an allergic reaction in my face to my new soap. I have many li le pimples around my forehead and chin. What should I use? It looks horrible.

First, you need to immediately stop using that soap. Check its chemical components and make sure you don’t use anything with those again.

Visit your local pharmacy to get antihistamine tablets and a soap as well. They will advise if you need to see a doctor.

What does it mean to have tendonitis? My arms and elbows o en go numb. What is this?

Tendonitis is an inflammation of the tendons. Tendons are what connects muscles to bones.

It usually presents with pain and swelling and will make movement of joint sore or difficult. If severe, it may affect the nerves and cause the numbness.
