There’s no justice in this decision

Just read Gina B’s letter. Under the previous regime, the district municipalities used to cut the grass and care for the pavements.

Now, a person growing vegetables on his pavement is threatened with a fine by the Pretoria council, even though that pavement is not cared for by the local municipalities.

Where’s the justice?
