Why SA is on a downward spiral

Two of the best legal brains in South Africa, internationally renowned David Unterhalter and Allen Dodson, were omitted from the JSC shortlist for ConCourt judges, purely because they are white, in favour of two black candidates purely because they are black.

Affirmative action has destroyed South Africa due to this foolishness.
