Ukraine’s trip whataboutism: excuse me, how can petty critics knock John Steenhuisen’s lack of tertiary education?

I know of many towns in the North West and Mpumalanga where the mayor only has a matric. They have no room to criticise him. He is doing a sterling job and is very likeable.
