I work in Joburg where people will urinate on the corner of Eloff and Jeppe streets or shoot a shot into their arm at 9am, sitting in full view of everyone.

Taxi drivers park their vehicles in town when not busy using up parking and road space and never get fined.

So, please do yourself a favour and come see for yourself.

And another thing, try going to a flat inhabited by 10 or 15 people who will share a toilet.

You will also find windows and doors missing, geysers fitted upside down on concrete ceilings or next to a bath, so climbing out will need one to be a gymnast.
