Time to return to Mother Russia

I don’t know what it is that you are smoking, but it is clearly some very strong stuff.

Or perhaps you have just been inhaling too much of your country’s free gas.

Perhaps it really is time for you to return to Mother Russia before more of your embarrassing letters make it to print.
