Losing battle for dad

Last year, the Children’s Court in Pretoria again ruled against Solomon Mondlane in his bid to get custody of his two minor children.

Mondlane said at the time that many of the procedures to investigate the case had not been followed in the three-year battle to get custody of his children after his wife died.
