CRUISE the waters of Nelson Mandela Bay in total comfort on board Jester. It is operated by Eugene and Sandra van Niekerk. Enjoy the view of Port Elizabeth’s shoreline, which is spectacula­r in daylight or at night-time.

Both locals and visitors enjoy a relaxing outing around the bay.

It allows you to see your city in a different light and realise just how breathtaki­ng our shoreline is.

Jester is a catamaran. She is 25m long and 7.3m wide, making her ideal for stable cruising in Algoa Bay – so everyone soon feels at home on board.

Jester has three decks. The main deck is enclosed with large opening windows, making it perfect for entertaini­ng. The upper deck is semi- enclosed, making it ideal for enjoying sundowners or practising your moves on the dance floor.

Jester prides itself on its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The lower deck houses the ablutions and scullery. Jester can comfortabl­y accommodat­e 180 guests for casual cruising and can comfortabl­y seat 110 guests for formal occasions, whether it be a staff party or a special birthday celebratio­n. Take your pick!

Jester is fully licensed and offers a range of all-year-round cruises (excluding July).

Cruises include Bay and Sunset cruises (1.5 hours), and Braai Cruises (3.5 hours). Jester is a spectacula­r venue for functions. Cruises on Jester are running throughout Easter.
