Council to hold tribute to Tofile
A SPECIAL Nelson Mandela Bay council meeting will be held today in honour of ANC councillor Mike Tofile. He died while in hospital in East London on Monday.
Tofile has been a ward councillor since 2011 and was an office-bearer of the SA Civic Organisation.
The special council meeting will be held at the Wool Board Exchange building at 10am. – Rochelle de Kock
