YOGA WORKSHOP

A CALM meets You workshop, hosted by Feel Good Yoga, will be held at their studio in the Bloomingda­le Lifestyle Centre, Main Road, Walmer, today from 10.30am to 12.30pm. The cost is R200 per person. THE Animal Anti-Cruelty League’s charity shop, the Bargain Box, in 9th Avenue Shopping Centre, Walmer, is appealing to the public for donations of good second hand items such as winter clothing, household items, bric-a-brac, bedding, books and jewellery.
