Movie directors, TV producers, writers and advertisers, all employ their imaginations on our behalf. And while we are grateful for the entertainment that they supply, we don’t always realise to what extent we have become so over-reliant on their services that we have forgotten how to engage with our own creativity. Many, for example, have all but lost the art of distinguishing between a fanciful fear and a genuine cause for concern. Don’t confuse the two today.
TAURUS April 21 — May 21
Some folk it seems, can’t tell what others are thinking, even when there are obvious signals. Others are so sure of their own psychic sensitivity, that they will happily insist that they know what’s going on in the back of your mind and, if you deny this, they will claim that you are the one who is in denial of your own true feelings! Somewhere in between these two extremes, there is a need that we all have for recognising hints and subtle clues. Your ability to see and respond to such things may be of great value today.
GEMINI May 21 — June 22
There is an art in creating something truly meaningless yet full of fascinating, captivating, imagery. And who are you or I to state definitively that something is or isn’t relevant? Take, for example, today’s crazy situation. You can’t understand it, no matter how you try. But you can still gain a great deal from it.
CANCER June 22 — July 23
Should I keep harping on about how Venus is in your sign and this is rendering you so much more attractive and endearing? Might you now need and deserve as much assurance as an astrologer can possibly supply? And it would be most remiss of me to take my foot off the comfort pedal when there is such a strong reason to keep pressing it. Today, you will shine.
LEO July 23 — Aug 24
If only we aspired to harmony and tolerance with as much enthusiasm as we muster disapproval and conflict. It seems that in one area of life now, peaceful resolution is impossible. But you may yet gain greatly from this.
VIRGO Aug 24 — Sept 23
Are there not some true villains who imagine themselves to be entirely on the side of the great and the good? Don’t some folk, often hailed as heroes turn out to have shameful secrets in their closets? You need today, to be sure whose side you are on.
LIBRA Sept 23 — Oct 23
If, in order to justify a tough choice, some very heartless, cold, rationale must be employed, then there has almost certainly got to be a fairer way to proceed. Someone else may be willing to set a bad example, but that hardly supports your decision to stray.
SCORPIO Oct 22 — Nov 23
Just because something is statistically improbable, we can’t automatically rule it out. Or can we? We all spend a little too much time worrying about issues that will almost certainly never arise; and problems which would admittedly be devastating if they were to occur, aren’t going to occur! Don’t fall into that trap.
SAGITTARIUS Nov 23 — Dec 23
What if you could live forever? Would you want to? There might have to be some caveats before too many of us would agree to accept that. Would we keep on ageing? Then we might have to ask if our friends and loved ones are going to live forever too? Be wary, today, of a solution with hidden drawbacks.

There is a time and a place for everything. We all understand this. It is why so many of us keep trying and hoping to end up in the right place at the right time. It might be best for you to concede that true wisdom involves accepting that there are some things we may never know.

I know that you have been born blessed (though some might say cursed) with the kind of personality that doesn’t relish receiving advice.
