YOGA CLASSES

YOGA Shala Studio at 13 Bain Street, Central, has morning and evening Ashtanga and Hatha yoga classes Mondays to Saturdays. Inquiries: Alan, 084-559-1010. SIMPLY Yoga has classes at their studio in 59 Carnoustie Village at the Little Walmer Golf Estate from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 9.30am. HELP THE ANIMALS

THE Animal Welfare Society PE needs donations of unwanted quality household goods, especially winter clothes, at its Wagtails Walmer and Wagtails Newton Park Charity Shops.
