Staying in good shape to enjoy life later on starts in your youth

MEN face a variety of health risks during the different phases of their lives. A man in his 20s may think he is light years away from the ailments or problems faced by a man in his 70s but he will do well to take care of his health in his youth so that his body can take care of him in his old age.
