Not good enough
I HAVE also not had a Telkom account delivered to my physical address in Summerstrand for months now. When it happened the first time we requested the Walmer branch of Telkom to have the account e-mailed to us, thinking it might be a postal delivery issue.
However, still no account, despite a monthly visit to the Walmer office, where we have been reassured that the head office has our e-mail address and that there is nothing they can do.
What now? If our landline was not a business one I would have discontinued it immediately. Honestly this is a sad reflection on the state of affairs at Telkom. Not good enough!
