SELECTIVE OUTRAGE

WHY KILL MAN WHO SERVED COMMUNITY?

A WALMER Township teacher who helped children with schoolwork was killed (“Walmer township on edge after ex-teacher’s murder”, March 14). The question is why, when he was doing so much good. May he rest in peace.

FUNNY PRESIDENT

WITH Sassa in disarray, President Jacob Zuma believes that Social Development Minister Bathabile Dlamini is still fit to hold office (“Zuma defends Dlamini and plays down outrage over social grants”, March 17). “Funny democracy,” he says of her detractors. Funny president, say I, and I don’t mean funny ha ha.
