Spurs have all to play for against Madrid

- Mogan Segadavan

MAXIMUM points against Young Madrid could see Highland Spurs become the new log-leaders in the Motherwell premier soccer league tomorrow.

With a match in hand, Spurs trail Madrid by just one point after the logleaders crashed to a 1-0 loss at the hands of Royal Bucks last week.

Spurs cruised to an easy 2-0 win over Young Ideas, who are four points off the pace.

Should Spurs and Madrid share the points, Bucks are waiting in the wings to go to the top of the league. They have an easy match against Wells United on Sunday.

Ideas could also move up among the frontrunners as they are due to play Wells tomorrow.

Manchester United, who are just outside the top four, play Liverpool tonight.
