Firm can empower Bay people

IT would be very empowering for the unemployed and loyalty-inducing for the general public if Isuzu Port Elizabeth could lease code 10 and 14 trucks to the Eastern Cape Training Centre (ETC), and run a competition whereby people could win a code 10 or 14 driving course, worth R10 000 or so.
