Designed for reason

MARION Harning, in reply to your photo and caption (“Dangerous circle”, October 24), if motorists stick to the speed limit and rules of the road, please explain why this circle is dangerous?

It was obviously designed to prevent the taxis from ignoring the circle and just driving over it.
