Tough task for Matta Milan against PE Stars

MATTA Milan will have a mountain to climb when they face an in-form PE Stars outfit in what should be a thrilling ABC Motsepe League soccer fixture at the Ngumbela Stadium in Butterworth tomorrow.

Milan have not had the best of seasons and Stars will be the favourites going into the game.

However, the home side could spring a surprise for the Gelvandale team with their attacking tactics.

They have produced brilliant soccer at times but have struggled to finish things off.

They have had only two wins from 10 games and are 13th on the log with seven points.

Stars have won six of their 10 encounters and the introduction of new players this season has brought about an exciting brand of soccer.

Stars are third on the log with 20 points from 10 matches.

In other fixtures, East London’s Tornado, who have lost only one game, will take on Swartkops Valley United Brothers in Motherwell.

The visitors head the log with 25 points, four clear of EC Bees.
