Where do buses go to during the day?

PLEASE, can someone shed some light on this subject?

Last year the area opposite Cleary Estate, off Stanford Road, Bethelsdorp, adjacent to the old Dower teachers college, was cleared and allocated to the IPTS buses.

Every evening we see at least 50 buses parked.

Come the morning, at least half to two-thirds have left, gone.

Now I’ve looked for these buses operating on our roads and I’ve yet to see one. Please can someone shed light as to where these buses are operating?

They are definitely not operating in Stanford Road, not Cape Road and certainly not Kempston Road.
