Diana predicted her death to him, former butler claims

-

FORMER royal butler Paul Burrell claims Princess Diana wrote him a letter nine months before her death, saying: “I fear my husband is going to kill me. In an automobile accident.”

His bombshell claim is sure to rock the British royal family as he discussed Prince Charles and the death, in 1997, of Princess Diana during his appearance on Australian television in I’m A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Here!

Burrell described receiving a letter from Princess Diana “on her own stationery, in her own handwriting”.

“Her words were: ‘These next few months are the most difficult months of my life. I fear my husband is going to kill me. In an automobile accident with head injuries. In order that he can remarry’.”

“I said to her, ‘You don’t really think that, do you?’ She said, ‘I don’t know, these thoughts get in my head. I get the voices and feelings and I write them to you at night’,” he said.

Talking to his I’m A Celebrity campmate Kerry Armstrong, Burrell said: “She predicted her own death nine months before she died.” Burrell also said: “She told me on the night Harry was born [in 1984], Charles came to visit. He wasn’t at the birth. She says, ‘Are you pleased Charles?’ He says, ‘I’m delighted, I now have an heir and a spare’.

“She says, ‘Why are you dressed up in black tie?’ He said, ‘My work is done now, isn’t it, I’m off to the theatre with Camilla’.” – NZ Stuff
