President gets his cabinet right now

APART from a couple of posts, our new president got his extended cabinet right, particularly in the key ministries of finance, public enterprises and higher education.

The question now is: do all these ministers and deputy ministers have job descriptions and mandates, and do they know their levels of accountability?

Do they have key performance indicators on which they will be judged?

After all, that is the only way to run a business or country.

Let’s hope they realise they are there to serve the people of our beloved country and not their own selfish interests.

Let the people judge!
