Policy on the land a puzzle
THE ANC says there’s no need to panic over expropriation without compensation.
It’s like a tsotsi stopping you in the township, searching your pockets and telling you not to panic.
The ANC says it will only expropriate without compensation if it does not damage the South African economy.
It’s like a tsotsi saying he will only rob you if it leads to social peace, security and development.
Am I missing something here?
