Still no evidence of Russian hand

I am happy that I was able to give Grant Aubin a good laugh (“Documentary tells much about Trump”, September 24), unfortunately he was only able to give me a wry smile.

The American circus has still a long way to go before the truth will come out and there is plenty of ammunition on both sides, but the liberal left, CNN (Clinton News Network), The Washington Post and New York Times, and Hollywood are certainly not going to give you a balanced view.

Their hatred of President Donald Trump is almost palpable, and I am sorry to say our own news media, including the Sunday Times and The Herald, are in the same boat.

One has to look further afield like Fox News, RT, and the many small independent radio and TV stations and social media like YouTube to hear the other side.

Active Measures is produced and directed by the 33year-old son of a multi-millionaire supporter of the Democrats and an ex-personal friend of the Trumps – need I say more?

My point is that after months of investigation there is still not one shred of evidence of how Russia got Trump elected over Hillary Clinton.

Just tell me how Russia actually did it.

I am sure political parties worldwide would love to know.

The simple truth is that the mainstream media and the Democrats were unable to fool the American people and they refuse to let the facts alter their opinion.

I don’t care if Trump went bankrupt. Many successful businessmen have gone bankrupt and come back.

I don’t care if Russia bankrolled him.

He now employs thousands of people and my common sense tells me it is better for America and Russia to be on friendly terms than hurling missiles at each other.
