POLICE VIOLENCE

I’m sure I am one of many South Africans shocked by George Floyd’s death in the US. It is outrageous that police can do this kind of thing. The police are surely there to protect and serve citizens? The man was unarmed, handcuffed and continued to say he couldn’t breathe. What was going through the officers’ minds? They had no compassion whatsoever. What sort of training do police recruits do in America, one wonders? All four should be charged with murder.
