TAXIS SHOULD PAY UP

So it [appears] that taxi owners are not registered with Sars and therefore presumably don’t pay tax. How then can they expect any payments at all from the lockdown funds if no assessment can be made of their financial predicament? Instead, they should be asked to pay back all the tax they owe other law-abiding South Africans for all their illicit profits over many years.
