NEW KODAK PICTURE KIOSKS AT MI OFFICE

- DEREK ALBERTS

To capitalise on a resurgent demand for printed photographs in a modern context, MiOffice has invested in selfservice Kodak Picture Kiosks across all their branches. The state-of-the-art technology allows for the printing of photos via its instant kiosk, a phenomenon fuelled by the rising trend of content sharing across social media platforms. The photo editing apps transform a digital image into a ‘’giftable’’ print of exceptional print quality in an instant that is also suitable for images required for IDs, drivers’ licensing, visa applications and passports.

With an intuitive user interface, the kiosk connects directly to a smartphone and multiple other storage devices and offers the option to login to an Instagram or Facebook account to print pictures from online albums. While the technology is available for both Android and Apple users, it is not necessary to have the app to print photos. Staff are always available in-store to assist.

Kodak Picture Kiosks are found at all MiOffice branches in Howick, Hilton, Pietermaritzburg, Hillcrest, Durban and Bloemfontein to complement its product offering spanning a range of printing solutions, parcel courier, business and online services. For more information, see www.mioffice.net or contact the Howick Branch, Shop 24, CBD Pick n Pay Centre, telephone 033 330 8885 or howick@mioffice.net
