ST ANNE’S PUPILS JOIN #HOPEFORHARRY
St Anne’s Diocesan College girls showed support for fouryear-old Harry O’Mullane, who was recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, at the SANBS blood drive held at
St Anne’s in Hilton.
Harry’s mother, Sarah-Faye O’Mullane (née Johnson) is an Old Girl of the school.
The donor session was part of the wider #HopeForHarry campaign, which has gone viral on social media.
It aims to encourage donations of O-Negative blood for little Harry, who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment and may need a bone marrow transplant.
Another blood drive was held for the little boy, who is being treated at a Durban cancer hospital, at Merchiston Primary School last week.
